Nanjing international exhibition center

Nanjing International Exhibition Center boasts over 2,200 international standard booths (3 meters x 3 meters), with complete supporting facilities designed according to international conventions. The exhibition hall is divided into two levels, each further divided into three exhibition halls that can be used separately or combined as needed. There are also two outdoor exhibition grounds to the east and south of the building, with platforms at the main entrances on the south, north, and east sides for various ceremonial activities. As a large exhibition venue built according to contemporary international exhibition functions, it is equipped with comprehensive facilities covering an area of 126,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 89,000 square meters. It has six exhibition halls with 2,068 international standard booths, capable of hosting single-item international expositions and national trade fairs. The southern ceremonial platform and square cover approximately 25,000 square meters, serving as a venue for major events. The booth supporting facilities are designed according to international conventions, with PDS integrated cabling, power supply, information, communication, water supply, drainage, compressed air, etc., all reaching each booth through underground pipelines, ensuring complete facilities and thoughtful service to meet the needs of various types of exhibitions.

The Nanjing International Exhibition Center is a multifunctional, large-scale intelligent exhibition venue with world-class conference capabilities. The third-floor multi-functional hall covers nearly 3,000 square meters, suitable for hosting large-scale international seminars, exchange meetings, speeches, press conferences for up to 2,500 people, as well as banquets, cold buffets, grand parties, various celebrations, and large wedding banquets. It is currently the largest column-free multi-functional hall in Jiangsu Province, equipped with high-end video systems, professional stage lighting, sound systems, and other facilities. This hall can also be divided into three independent units. Large conferences or events hosted include the Sixth World Chinese Business Conference, the City of Culture Conference, the International Purchasing Conference for Transnational Retail Groups, Major Project Investment Negotiation Conferences, the Golden Autumn Trade Fair, the Jiangsu New Year's Greeting Conference, the Yangtze BASF Annual Conference, the Schering-Plough Annual Conference, the Suning 10th Anniversary Celebration, the Li-Ning Autumn Product Order Meeting, among others.

On the second floor mezzanine, there are 20 business negotiation rooms totaling about 1,700 square meters, suitable for various forms of negotiations involving 20 to 200 people. There is also a smart meeting room M255 of 184 square meters, equipped with simultaneous interpretation, computer projector, first-class audio playback equipment, which can meet the needs of international conferences and activities. The third-floor VIP lounge totals 400 square meters. Its elegant environment and high-quality layout make it the preferred place for receiving important leaders and guests. The third-floor viewing hall, totaling 1,400 square meters, offers the best views of Purple Mountain to the east and Xuanwu Lake to the west, making it an ideal location for upscale banquets and T-shaped stages for large fashion shows, among other activities. The basement houses utility rooms and a parking garage for 250 vehicles. The exhibition center has a total of around 500 to 800 parking spaces for motor vehicles on the ground and underground levels. Sufficient audience service areas, negotiation rooms, news centers, meeting rooms, fast food sections, warehouses, and other facilities are available on the first and second floors and their mezzanines. The third floor features a 3,000-square-meter multi-functional hall and commercial premises, VIP reception halls, large and small restaurants, and a lakeside viewing corridor offering stunning views of Xuanwu Lake.
