SHENZHEN WORLD EXHIBITION&CONVENTION CENTER

Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center is located in the exhibition new city area of Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, at the top of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, in the center of the Pearl River Delta and the core development zone of the Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone, at the intersection of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong development corridor and the east-west development corridor, and at the intersection of the three major urban clusters of Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing, Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou, and Zhuhai-Zhongshan-Jiangmen. It is one of the three main buildings planned by the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government for the layout of Shenzhen Airport New City's 'two centers and one pavilion'. The planning focuses on the convention and exhibition as the core driver and strategic node, combined with regional transportation hubs such as airports and railways, to develop functional industries and industrial clusters closely related to exhibition trade, innovative research and development, international logistics, and airport economy, leading the development of the airport new city.

Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center covers a total area of approximately 1.48 million square meters. Upon completion, the indoor exhibition area will reach 500,000 square meters. The first phase of the project covers an area of about 1.2142 million square meters, with a total construction area of 1.605 million square meters. The indoor exhibition area of the first phase is 400,000 square meters. The total investment in the first phase and surrounding supporting facilities is 86.7 billion yuan.
